AboutF45Jeongja

A gym where everyone learns — whether you're a beginner or experienced. Everyone is part of the team here. F45 stands for Functional 45 — 45 minutes of coach-led group functional training. Just 30 seconds from Jeongja Station Exit 4, train in a bright, high-ceiling independent 2nd-floor studio with a new program every day. 8 coaches, 7 sessions daily from 6:30 AM on weekdays. Members of all nationalities welcome.

Get your questions answered before you visit

Every move can be scaled to your fitness level, and coaches guide you with proper form. First-timers are always welcome.

A brand-new 45-minute group program every day. Coach-led functional training — no workout planning needed, just show up.

Book through Naver Reservation — pick your time slot. Takes 30 seconds.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. You'll jump right into the 45-minute class, and coaches guide you through every move.

Classes run from 6:30 AM to 8 PM, perfect for before or after work. 45 minutes is all you need — just show up and follow the coach.

Mostly Pangyo and Bundang office workers. The 6:30 AM class is popular for pre-work exercise. Homemakers, freelancers, and seniors welcome too.

Popular evening slots (6-7 PM) fill up fast — book in advance. Intensity can be challenging at first, but coaches adjust to your level.

Indoor shoes, workout clothes, and a water bottle. Towels and private showers are provided.

Basic English guidance is available. Workouts follow screen demonstrations, so language is rarely a barrier.

It's a team environment — everyone works out together regardless of level. Newcomers blend in naturally, and coaches adjust form and intensity for each person.

Free 2-hour parking in the building (Kings Tower) during morning hours. In the afternoon, Jeongja Station transfer parking lot is the most affordable option. The studio is also a 30-second walk from Jeongja Station Exit 4.
